What we offer |
o Muay Thai Kick Boxing is arguably the most effective striking martial art. It is known as the science of 8 limbs because it employes punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. |

1. Mixed Martial Arts |
o Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport that's comprised of both stand up and ground fighting. The sport combines techniques from many different styles of fighting, mainly Brazilian Jiujitsu and Muay Thai KickBoxing into one hybrid form of martial arts. For more info on MMA click here. |
2. Muay Thai Kick Boxing |
3. Boxing |
o Western boxing is undoubtedly the most technical and specialized form of striking in the world. Boxing is all about foot work and being able to cut angles on you opponent. Our boxing program is designed so it can easily be integrated with other styles of fighting like MMA and Muay Thai Kick Boxing. |
4. Grappling/Ground Fighting |
o Grappling and ground fighting is all about taking someone down and controlling there position and then finishing them ether with a submission or pounding them with strikes. Our grappling system utilizes the unbeatable techniques and proficiency of Brazilian Jiujitsu and incorporates western wrestling for take downs and take down defense. We focus more on controlling an opponent on the ground and beating them to submission, if an opportunity presents itself for a joint-locks or chokehold then we take it. |
5. Kenpo |
o Our Kenpo class is our only program that is not geared for competition or sports fighting. The Kenpo class is focused more on street fighting and practical self-defense, although we do incorporate some MMA training in to the curriculum. We fallow a rank system starting at white belt and progressing up black belt. |
6. Kids Class |
o Our kids program consists of Kenpo Karate and basic grappling techniques and some MMA training. We strive for a program that is both effective and fun for children. For safety reasons many grappling and MMA techniques are modified for children. Unlike other karate schools we do not focus on forms/katas but in practical application. |
